Mission: About Chosen Family Sanctuary is a church that was created by Spiritual Director, Reverend Giovanni Trimble (JS Very) on October 31. 2021. Chosen Family Sanctuary is organized in accordance with the California Nonprofit Corporation Act, as amended. The organization has not been formed for the making of any profit, or personal financial gain. The assets and income of the organization shall not be distributable to, or benefit the trustees, directors, or officers or other individuals. Chosen Family Sanctuary is currently in the process of obtaining tax-exempt status. Vision: To create a religious and spiritual community wherein each member's unique intersection of identities are celebrated and valued. Mission: To provide donation-based psychotherapy, spiritually-based services, religious ceremonies, rituals, and events for folx who seek culturally humble and gender affirming spiritual, religious, and energy-based healing.
